Performance fee
$399 per patient routed to your clinic, on top of your monthly plan. You only pay it for patients Smilenow actually sends you. This is a planned fee — it is not being charged today.
Billing & cancellation
No lock-in, no surprises
- Cancel anytime, yourself, from the Billing page in your portal — no phone call required.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (midnight UTC on the 1st). You keep full access until then, and you can resume before it ends.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable. The monthly fee is charged in full regardless of how many patients are routed, and unused capacity is not refunded or credited.
- Mid-month upgrades are prorated by whole days and charged immediately. Downgrades take effect the following month.
- If a payment fails, we automatically retry it. If the retries are exhausted, the subscription is cancelled automatically.
